Kelly Clarkson Will Pay $200,000 Per Month To Brandon Blackstock For Spousal and Child Support

Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband Brandon Blackstock is now forced to pay her over $200,000 per month in spousal and child support, according to court documents.
People has discovered that on Tuesday, a Los Angeles County judge issued an order requiring Clarkson to pay Blackstock $150,000 per month in spousal support as well as $45,601 per month for child support.
Clarkson will pay Blackstock, 43, a total of $195,601 each month, or almost $2.4 million per year. For her husband’s pending divorce, the singer is also ordered to pay $1.25 million towards his attorney fees and expenses.
Previously, a source told Times Read that Blackstock had asked for more than twice the amount in spousal and child support.

After seven years of marriage, Clarkson filed for divorce in June of 2020.
Her divorce was formally finalised in early August, but additional arrangements, such as child and spousal support, will have to wait.

Clarkson was given primary physical care of River Rose, 6, and Remington Alexander, 4, in November.
An insider told Times Read at the time that Clarkson is “pleased” with the custody judgement and that she wants to protect her children above everything else.
