Clarkson was given primary physical care of River Rose, 6, and Remington Alexander, 4, in November.

An insider told Times Read at the time that Clarkson is “pleased” with the custody judgement and that she wants to protect her children above everything else.

Another insider said: “Kelly’s primary concern is to take care of the kids and all the others involved in this divorce.” Kelly is happy with the court’s judgement on custody.

“Most couples going through a divorce find it difficult and stressful. Kelly’s major emphasis is on protecting the children “The source has been added to the text. Since Brandon and his lawyers were making ridiculous requirements, she had to fight for them.

She has remained focused on her children during the divorce process. Co-parenting with her ex has been “difficult” for the celebrity, she acknowledged in February.
