Markie Post, an actress known for movies like The Fall Guy and Night Court, has passed on after a fight with cancer. She was 70. Post’s supervisor, Ellen Lubin Sanitsky, affirmed her passing to The Hollywood Reporter on Saturday evening. Post was brought into the world in 1950 in Palo Alto, California, and started her vocation in TV by filling in as a partner maker on the game series Double Dare, which was facilitated by the late Alex Trebek.

Markie Post, an actor known for The Fall Guy and Night Court, has passed on after a fight with malignant growth. She was 70.

Post’s chief, Ellen Lubin Sanitsky, affirmed her passing to The Hollywood Reporter on Saturday evening.

Post was brought into the world in 1950 in Palo Alto, California, and started her vocation in TV by filling in as a partner maker on the game series Double Dare, which was facilitated by the late Alex Trebek.

She originally showed up as an entertainer on TV in the TV film Frankie and Annette: The Second Time Around. Post showed up in various series from that point forward, from satire show Semi-Tough to wrongdoing dramatization The Gangster Chronicles, Fantasy Island and The Love Boat.

From 1982-85, Post assumed the job of Terri Michaels in real life experience series The Fall Guy, inverse Lee Majors, Heather Thomas and Douglas Barr. She proceeded to play Christine Sullivan in the parody series Night Court, and later played repeating parts in Hearts Afire and Odd Man Out.

Post kept seeking after acting jobs after her malignancy determination, with appearances in shows like Santa Clarita Diet.

Post’s family partaken in a proclamation, “Yet for us, our pride is in who she was as well as acting; an individual who made elaborate cakes for companions, sewed shades for first condos and told us the best way to be thoughtful, cherishing and excusing in a frequently unforgiving world.”

Post is made due by her significant other, maker and essayist Michael A. Ross; and little girls Kate Armstrong Ross and Daisy Schoenborn.

Funeral arrangements have not yet been shared.
