The model and cookbook author spent New year’s Eve with their partner, John Legend, and renowned hairstylist Mike Rosenthal without drinking. Teigen revealed their activities of the evening in the Instagram update on Thursday night: apple peeling and rummikub, probably for cinnamon rolling.

“Lol sober new year is a year of cinnamon,” Teigen wrote in the title.

She wishes good health and “positive ~v I b e s~” to her fans in her other posts.

Earlier this week, at 35 years of age, Teigen told the book “Quit Like a Woman,” published in her Instagram Stories by Holly Whitaker.

“I got this book from my physician and friend on my birthday one month ago,” said Teigen in his story. “I had to make myself (I’m still embarrassed) in front of people, drink tired of day and feel like 6 shit, not be able to get to sleep.”

She said she’s “sober since ever,” and she encouraged her followers to read the book of Whitaker, “even if you can’t see yourself doing that… or just simply don’t want it.”

Teigen twice said that the book is “incredible and I highly suggest if you also make your own ass and feel like a crap.” Their sentiment was doubled on a New Year’s Day tweet.
