In a pre-match video package, Hangman Page and Dark Order are described as cowboys.
A matchup between The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks), Don Callis, and Brandon Cutler vs Hangman Page and Dark Order (John Silver, Alex Reynolds, Evil Uno, and Stu Grayson) Tag Match with 10 Eliminated Players
All outfitted in cowboy attire, Page and Dark Order make a grand debut! Their next championship chance will be against Omega and The Young Bucks. If they lose, they will not be eligible to fight for the crowns again. In a Space Jam-style entrance, the opposite squad is costumed similarly to that of the movie (looks like AEW is advertising the movie). “Y’all Ready For This?” is the final song performed by the group. Don Callis enters the room to deliver his commentary.
A full-blown brawl breaks out early in the bout between Page and Anderson. Reynolds suplexes Nick and dumps him onto the gang. Anderson and Reynolds face off in the ring, with Anderson using a handful of trunks to knock Reynolds out of the ring. Uno faces Anderson in the ring. Other players surround him and bash him up. Anderson is dead after Stu/Uno hit fatality, cover, and Anderson. When Silver and Matt square off, the former flings Matt around the ring many times while the latter flexes. The pin is broken by Omega when Grayson and Gallows enter the fray.
Everyone is now taking their turn at the tee. As a result of his top rope senton, Grayson wound himself on his back on the mat. Despite his injuries, he appears to be in good shape as he confronts Gallows in the crowd. On the barrier, Grayson climbs over Gallows and takes him out. Both Gallows and Grayson are ruled out of the contest by the referee at the end of the match. Now there are three people on the screen at the same time. Uno vs. Omega are back in the ring. A senton from Uno on Omega, but with legs bent.
Using a V-trigger and a winged angel, Omega blasts him. Uno gets eliminated from the game of life. Bucks and Omega go up against Silver and Page in this battle. Matt is speared by Silver as he rushes in. From the throng, “Johnny is starving!” Nick was able to take Silver in and knee him, then hit him with a massive bulldog. Silver, who is gaining on Nick, performs a massive aircraft spin to gain some momentum. Pages apron is power-bombed by The Young Bucks. Silver is back in the ring, but he’s not having much luck. Omega completes the move with a snap dragon.

Outside the entryway was a basketball hoop. A piledriver aided by Nick nearly resulted in Nick’s dunk, but he failed to make it. BTE trigger on Silver, cover, 1-2-3. Back in the ring. After being powerbombed on the apron, Page is still working his way up. Page enters the ring to fight Omega in a battle royale. Page is spit on by Omega. Superkicking Omega, Page performs a snap dragon suplex.
Superkick three times in a row! It’s 1-2-nope for the cover. Page is hung out to dry on the second rope by Nick, who pins him for a two-count with a 450 splash. A suplex attempt by Omega is unsuccessful, and Page follows up with a lariat after landing on his feet. “Young Buck” is dragged in and double-clothed.”
On the top rope, Page performs a spectacular moonsault on all three. Page with a massive powerbomb on Omega, who covers, and Nick breaks up the pinfall attempt. No buckshot lariats for Page, but he counters his way out of a couple positions. He pins Nick with a Buckshot lariat that strikes both Bucks. Omega snatches the championship, swings, and the referee takes it from him. Omega gets a second, swings, misses, deadeyes it, covers it, and scores two more points.
As a result of Nick’s preoccupation, the Buckshot Lariat is evaded, and Omega’s championship slap to the head lands on his head. An angel with one wing strikes the rear and front of the head with a V-trigger, one, two, three. This means that neither The Dark Order nor Hangman Page may contend for the championships.
Death Triangle was supposed to be interviewed by Alex Marvez backstage, but only PAC is in attendance. As of the now, Fenix and Penta are not here. Andrade and Chavo enter the room. The Penta/Fenix limo has arrived, according to Chavo. Someone will do it for him, Andrade says PAC.
FTW Champion Ricky Starks is announced by Taz (who is seated on a platform at the side of the stage). Starks and Hook are shown the door. On the ring’s edge, a brass band is playing in celebration of his victory. As Starks speaks into the microphone, he claims to have been the group’s glue and anchor the entire time.
But after he was injured, Cage didn’t even check on him! “I’m becoming the celebrity that Nicolas Cage has been trying to become for the past 17 years,” adds Starks. Brian Cage appears and beats up some of the brass band. One of the guys has his head bashed with a bass drum by him. In the ring, Cage is met by Starks, who hurls flowers in his face and runs up the ramp.

As Moxley points out, Tanahashi doesn’t have the opportunity to wrestle against him. “I sent some documents to Japan,” Moxley adds, “and I’ll see what comes out of the forbidden door.”
For this match, Jericho dons his “Painmaker” outfit again. This is a technique he used to display his more savage side in bouts, as anyone who watch NJPW would recall. In the meanwhile, MJF grabs a snack and walks out to the commentary. During this match, Inner Circle members are not permitted to enter the ring. Jericho’s arm is swung by Gage, who has the pizza cutter already in his grasp.
Jericho is hit by Cage with a spinebuster. Jericho tosses Gage into the barricade after the two end up on the floor. Gage catches Jericho on the second rope for a superplex. Cover, two. Despite his best efforts, Gage is captured and thrown against the walls of Jericho. His hand reaches out for the rope, but it doesn’t snap. In order to get up, he must roll on his stomach. As Jericho falls to the ground, Gage searches beneath the ring for some light tubes to illuminate the area. For that, the crowd erupts.
A baseball bat is pulled from Jericho’s back pocket and brought into the ring. Several baseball bat bullets are fired at Gage as he goes along. With the pizza cutter, he cuts Jericho’s head open with a powerful blow. After the commercial break, they showed an advertisement for the pizza chain Dominos. Setup is accomplished by having Gage bring in two chairs that are placed in the circle and a piece of glass placed over them. It’s Jericho on them. He gets to the top and Jericho strikes Gage. It’s Jericho who hits Gage with the hurricane and he’s sent flying through the window! Jeremiah tries to get the cover on number two. A few moments later Gage sits up and wags his finger “no” and “no, no, no”. Jericho hits the back with a chairshot.
Jericho tries to lunge for the codebreaker, but he’s snagged and sent backwards against the glass. Jericho’s back is illuminated by Gage’s light tube. Jericho is then hit in the head with one! As Jericho takes the pilfering attack, the cover is 1-2-no. Gage stabs him in the forehead with a glass shard. Jericho’s skull gets pierced by Gage’s second light tube, which he smashes over his knee. Each set of four tubes is taped together. In the middle of a striking attempt, Jericho mists Gage’s eyes with water! Judas effect, cover by Jericho, and he wins!
On the microphone, MJF announces that they are not yet finished! Listen, he tells Jericho, and he does so. For the third requirement, MJF must do a top rope technique in order to be victorious, according to him. Chris Jericho makes fun of Juventud Guerrera in a footage from 2019. After 15 years away from TNT, MJF announces that Juventud Guerrera will face off against Jericho.
